Well Jonathan daddy and Payton are at the daddy and me a event at preschool tonight, Benjamin and I decided to have our own mommy and me night at the house. We popped popcorn. And are watching Winnie the Pooh after taking a nice long bubble bath.

Jonathan is so excited for his Daddy and Me night at school this week. He wrote “Dad” and signed his name on it. So fun!!

A Little Easter

I feel like we had a ton of “Easters” this year. A good friend of mine, Amanda, was kind enough to host an egg hunt at her house in the week leading up to Easter. Then the following Friday, we hosted the neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt, with a couple games and prizes – provided all by my wonderful mother in law. My parents arrived and the Easter Bunny visited us on Easter Sunday morning, and *then* we traveled down to Bethesda for yet another Easter Egg Hunt with my wonderful extended family. All of it was lovely! Fabulous! But I think we were all Eastered out by the end.

Here are a few pictures of the Bethesda leg of Easter.

I wish I could update this regularly. I do try. But I simply cannot believe just how busy I am. I’m actually surprised that I’m typing this without 1 or 2 little boys on my lap or doing something else to get my attention. Of course, that’s because they have my iPad and are watching Netflix in Benjamin’s bedroom. Well. Beggars can’t be choosers, right?

Easter Performance

The boys had their Easter Chapel this morning and it was great! Jonathan sang his song with unparalleled enthusiasm and Benjamin shyly smiled while his classmates sang. They were adorable!
